Want to Improve Your Game and Meet More Ladies at Your Club
Open to all levels of play, come on out Monday evening, play squash and practice as we all have fun together.
Brush up in your skills, get some great tips on how to take your game to the next level and learn from our Head Professional Rob Brooks. And Elka Marcus will help run and organize your fun evenings, every Monday.

Singles Round Robin, Novice Level
> Tuesday and Thursday, 4:30pm - 5:30pm
Are you just starting out in the wonderful world of squash? Then, this is for you!
Join in the action for basic drills and instruction for the first 30 minutes. Then, complete your hour on court with some friendly games.
So if you are just starting out, or simply looking to improve - what a great way to spend an hour on court having fun and learning at the same time.
These sessions are led by John Stoneburgh & team, Squash Club Head Professional.

Singles Round Robin, Intermediate Level
> Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Have you been playing squash for a while? Or, you're returning to the sport after some time away? You understand the basic mechanics but you're interested in improving or considering a higher level of competition such as our club's house league, city leagues and GTA tournaments.
This could be for you!
Join us on court for 30 minutes of specific drills followed by 30 minutes of games.
All sessions are led by John Stoneburgh & team, Squash Club Head Professional.

Doubles Round Robin, All Levels
> Tuesday and Thursday, 5pm - 7pm
Open to all levels. Thinking of exploring doubles squash; especially attractive to sports men and women who still want to play at a competitive and enjoyable level, but where its not quite so physically demanding.
Come out and try it, you won't be disappointed in the squash format that is the fastest growing in popularity.

Singles and Doubles House League
> Monday, 6pm - 10pm (pre-booked games, start times rotate through this 4 hour window)
Play on a pre-set team every Monday against other members at your level.
Sessions run four times per year, approximately 12 weeks in duration. Fall, Winter, Spring and Fall.
Participate in all sessions or choose just the sessions that work with your schedule.

Mario's Fitness Training
> Tuesday and Thursday, 7pm to 8pm
Fee = $20/class
Join others in a fun Circuit Training Workout guided by Mario Raponi, a retired high school Phys. Ed. Teacher specialising in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning programs. He is excellent at tailoring and working with individuals to get the best exercise while reaching their goals.

Dinner with Chef Michael Lee
> Monday, during House League play
Organized by fellow member and gourmet extraordinaire MICHAEL LEE, we are offering you some awesome dinner options Monday Evenings here at the Richmond Hill Squash Club.
This culinary event is open to both MNHL players and all other members who just want to come by watch some competitive squash matches and experience a tasty dinner with friends served upstairs in The Presidents Lounge.
Menus’ & sign-up are released the week prior to dinning. With three dinning times to choose from there’s’ plenty of room for everyone.

Annual Squash Club Golf Tournament
Each year around the month of June, we are pleased to invite our members and guest to one of the golf courses in our area for a morning round of 18 holes, proceeded by a BBQ back at our Squash Club.
It's an anticipated event for many. A day filled with good food, camaraderie, and even prizes to be won.
